  • Prices do not include gratuity, which is appreciated for exceptional service.
  • Any additional services requested during the appointment will be added to the final bill.

4. Refunds & Adjustments

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please speak with our staff immediately so we can address your concerns.
  • Refunds for prepaid services may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.
  • Gift cards and spa vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Charges

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
  • If a deposit was required, it may be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute must be resolved directly with Mu Tao Wellness Spa before involving a financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
