2. Deposit & Prepayment Requirements
Certain services or high-demand appointments may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. Failure to show up for your appointment or cancel within the required timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Pricing & Additional Charges
- All service prices are listed on our website and subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices do not include gratuity, which is appreciated for exceptional service.
- Any additional services requested during the appointment will be added to the final bill.
4. Refunds & Adjustments
- No refunds will be issued for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please speak with our staff immediately so we can address your concerns.
- Refunds for prepaid services may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.
- Gift cards and spa vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Charges
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
- If a deposit was required, it may be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute must be resolved directly with Mu Tao Wellness Spa before involving a financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
